How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 28 days of purchase. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a label and initiate your refund or exchange.
Are the products on your site authentic?
Yes, URBAN EXCESS is an authorized stockist for all the brands we carry. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
